Recipes and food safety

The recipes and guides are general cooking information. They are not personal instruction, a promise that your oven will match a stated time, or a medical diet. Flour, yeast, tomatoes, cheese, and ovens vary. Where a result depends on that variation, the page says so.

You are responsible for safe handling in your kitchen. Perishable sauce, cheese, and cooked pizza should be refrigerated within 2 hours, or within 1 hour if the room is warmer than 90°F (32°C), and reheated to 165°F (74°C). Do not eat raw dough.
