About

About DoMumm.

Pizza recipes and practical cooking guides for home cooks in the United States.

DoMumm is a website of pizza recipes, dough and sauce methods, and practical cooking guides for people cooking at home in the United States. The pages explain ratios, temperatures, and the differences between a few well-known styles. They are written so a reader can follow them in a home kitchen.

What you can find here

The recipe pages cover Margherita, pepperoni, Neapolitan, and New York-style pizzas. Separate guides cover dough, sauce, baking, and common problems such as a pale crust or a wet center. Ingredient amounts are written in grams so the ratios stay consistent, and the on-page scaler can show 1×, 2×, or 3×. Temperatures and stated times are not scaled.

The formulas follow widely used home-baking practice. They are not presented as the result of a private test kitchen, a tasting panel, or a personal award. Food-safety notes follow common U.S. guidance: refrigerate perishable leftovers within 2 hours, or within 1 hour above 90°F, and reheat to 165°F. Raw flour is treated as something you bake, not something you taste.
